Exchange & Refund Policy

We kindly ask you to try your order once you receive it.

The courier can wait up to 10 minutes. If you decide not to receive it you can return it on spot and only pay the shipping fees.

For return or exchange:

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via instgram with your order information for either return or exchange.

Please note that we can offer you return/exchange only within 48 hours of receiving your order, after 48 hours we won’t be able to return or exchange.  To be applicable for return/exchange the item must be unused and in its original condition.

We will send you the courier to get the item. Once we receive it we will check if it’s applicable for return/exchange. If it’s applicable you will get refunded in case of return or you will get your new item in case of exchange.

Please note that Shipping fees are applied and are non-refundable.
